Climate change mitigation involves strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and slow the effects of climate change. This includes energy-efficient technologies, renewable energy adoption, and carbon capture methods.

While logos are the primary expression of a brand, so much more thought goes into developing a strong identity system; this course will look at how designers infuse brands with meaning and cover the logo development process from creative storytelling to technical execution.

This course covers the fundamentals of User Experience Design and how UX thinking can be applied to solve complex problems. Students will learn techniques for researching a problem and how to develop and deliver applicable solutions. The course will introduce the core tenants of interaction design and cover best practices for professional designers. Students will be expected to design a website or application at the conclusion of the course.
